A Meredith Neck homeowner wanted a pool, patio, and dock connection — but the property drops 60 feet from the house to the Winnipesaukee shoreline. The steep grade, Shoreland regulations, and exposed granite ledge made this one of our most technically challenging Lakes Region projects.
